Complex Facilities

The complex facilities include two swimming pools, a thatched barbeque hut, and grassed areas.

Townhouse Facilities

The unit has three bedrooms, two with queen sized beds and two single beds, each bed has two pillows and a quilt. Two of the bedrooms have bedside iPod radios. Each bedroom has inbuilt wardrobes.

The lounge has a very comfortable five seater suite, a TV, DVD player, CD and radio music player. There is reverse-cycle airconditioning in the upstairs lounge.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, refridgerator, microwave, cooktop and oven. The dining suite seats six people and china, glasses, pots, casseroles, cutlery, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker are provided for six.

There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower and the other with a shower. There are two separate toilets.

The laundry has a front loading washing machine.

Downstairs there is a double carport.

The unit has filtered water.
